Rules and Regulations

1. There is no refund for cancellations by the applicant.
2. Enrollment will be accepted on a first-come-first served basis. Subject to experience requirements.
3. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or alter this course, change the trainer or the venue.
4. Bad weather and cancellation policies apply. Please enquire for further details.
5. A participant will not behave in any manner that may affect other participants or the trainer in a negative way. The trainer has sole discretion on deciding on what is "negative".
6. A participant will have to attend all the course hours, or there will be a need to make up for the time in a manner solely at the discretion of the trainer.
7. A participant will have to accept the result of the course assessment and waive any rights to appeal for failing such assessment.
8. Failing to fulfill any or all of 5), 6), 7) will result in the participant not obtaining a course certificate and the course fee will not be refunded to the attendee or the attendee's sponsor.
